Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
We make every effort to send your entire order in a single shipment. Occasionally, orders may need to be split into multiple packages due to product availability, items being fulfilled from different locations, or the size of the order. Rest assured, you will never be charged extra for multiple shipments.
I received an incorrect item. What do I do?
We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong product. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can ship the correct item to you. We will provide a prepaid return label so you can send back the incorrect item at no cost.
