Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please get in touch with us by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. IMPORTANT: Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include all original packaging.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was not as described.

Sale or discounted items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for returns, store credit, or refunds to the original payment method. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. For return inquiries, please email info@validealsoutlet.com. Our customer support team works to reply to all messages within 12 hours during regular business hours.

Refunds (If applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. For refund-related questions, please email info@validealsoutlet.com.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

IMPORTANT: Once a return has been initiated, items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. If your return does not reach us within that period, we reserve the right to decline the return. We may also refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of our Return Policy, including items that have been used, modified, washed, damaged, or are missing components. Suspected abuse or fraudulent activity will be addressed accordingly.

My order arrived damaged or is missing.

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue to us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or provide a full refund. If you choose to return the item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. If tracking shows your order as delivered but it appears to be missing, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier to confirm delivery. For return questions, email info@validealsoutlet.com. Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items bought on sale or at a discounted price cannot be refunded or canceled.
